நான் (பள்ளிவாசலில்) தொழுது கொண்டிருந்தபோது என்னை நபி(ஸல்) அவர்கள் அழைத்தார்கள்.

(தொழுகையில் இருந்தமையால்) நான் அவர்களுக்கு உடனடியாக பதிலளிக்கவில்லை.

(தொழுது முடித்த பிறகு) 'இறைத்தூதர் அவர்களே! நான் தொழுது கொண்டிருந்தேன். (எனவேதான் உடனடியாக தங்களுக்கு நான் பதிலளிக்கவில்லை)' என்று சொன்னேன். 

நபி(ஸல்) அவர்கள், 'அல்லாஹ், '(இறைநம்பிக்கையாளர்களே!) அல்லாஹ்வும் (அவனுடைய) தூதரும் உங்களை அழைக்கும்போது அவர்களுக்கு பதிலளியுங்கள்' என்று (திருக்குர்ஆன் 0️⃣8️⃣:2️⃣4️⃣ வது வசனத்தில்) சொல்லவில்லையா?' என்று கேட்டார்கள். பிறகு, 'நீங்கள் பள்ளி வாசலிலிருந்து வெளியேறுவதற்கு முன்பாக குர்ஆனிலேயே மகத்துவமிக்க ஓர் அத்தியாயத்தை உங்களுக்கு நான் கற்றுத் தரவேண்டாமா?' என்று வினவியபடி என்னுடைய கையைப் பிடித்தார்கள். 

நாங்கள் (பள்ளிவாசலிலிருந்து) வெளியேற முனைந்தபோது நான், (அவர்கள் வாக்களித்ததை நினைவூட்டி) 'இறைத்தூதர் அவர்களே! தாங்கள் குர்ஆனிலேயே மகத்துவம் பொருந்தியதோர் அத்தியாயத்தை நான் உங்களுக்குக் கற்றுத்தர வேண்டாமா என்று கேட்டீர்களே!' என்று வினவினேன். நபி(ஸல்) அவர்கள் '(அது) அல்ஹம்துலில்லாஹி ரப்பில் ஆலமீன் (என்று தொடங்கும் 'அல்ஃபாத்திஹா' அத்தியாயமே) ஆகும். அது திரும்பத் திரும்ப ஓதப்படும் ஏழு வசனங்களும் எனக்கு வழங்கப் பெற்றுள்ள மேன்மை மிகு குர்ஆனுமாகும்' என்று கூறினார்கள்.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) called me while I was praying (in the mosque).

(Because I was in prayer) I did not respond to them immediately.

(After completing the prayer) 'O Messenger of Allah! I was praying. (That is why I did not respond to them immediately) '.

Did not the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say, 'When Allaah and His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) call you, answer them' (Qur'aan 0️⃣8️⃣: 2️⃣4️⃣)? Asked. Then he said, 'Should I not teach you a great chapter in the Quran before you leave the school gate?' They held my hand as I asked.

As we were about to leave (the mosque) I said, (Remembering what they had promised) 'O Messenger of Allah! You asked me if I could teach you a great chapter in the Quran! ' I asked. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: The seven verses that are recited over and over again are the supreme Quran that has been bestowed upon me. '
